Genius Careers provides AI-guided interview practice, feedback and career-preparation tools, including performance analysis and scoring, progress tracking, industry-specific preparation, and communication analysis. Our services help you prepare for interviews but do not guarantee employment outcomes.
When you create an account you must provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, all activity under your account, notifying us of unauthorised access, and keeping your details accurate.
You agree not to use Genius Careers to break the law, share harmful or offensive content, gain unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, use it commercially without permission, or impersonate others.
The Genius Careers application and all its content, features and functionality are owned by Genius Careers and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a licence to use it to provide and improve the service. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.
By using the service you grant Genius Careers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process and analyse your interview content to provide the service, improve our AI, and create anonymised, aggregated analytics.

Genius Careers is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using the service will result in job offers or employment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genius Careers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
