Genius Interview provides AI-guided interview practice, feedback and preparation tools, including scoring, progress tracking, presence coaching and skill drills. Our services help you prepare for interviews but do not guarantee employment outcomes. AI-generated questions, scores and feedback can be inaccurate and are provided as practice guidance only.
When you create an account you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use Genius Interview to break the law, share harmful or offensive content, gain unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, use it commercially without permission, or impersonate others.
The Genius Interview application and all its content, features and functionality are owned by Genius Interview and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a licence to use it to provide and improve the service.
By using the service you grant Genius Interview a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process your interview content to provide the service, improve our AI, and create anonymised, aggregated analytics.

Genius Interview is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using the service will result in job offers or employment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genius Interview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
