To analyse your interview performance and provide personalised feedback.

AI analysis & processing

Our app uses AI to analyse your interview performance, including speech analysis (content, clarity, delivery), optional behavioural analysis of video (body language, eye contact, presentation), and performance scoring. All AI processing is done securely, and your data is never shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Data sharing & disclosure

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer — and only with your consent where applicable. We do not sell your personal information.

Video & facial data

Video is processed in real time and not permanently stored unless you choose to save it.
Facial analysis is used only for feedback, never for identification.
You control when the camera is active.
Video data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Data security

We use encryption for data in transit, secure cloud infrastructure, regular security reviews, access controls, and secure authentication to protect your information.

Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active.
Interview recordings can be deleted any time from your account.
Analytics data is anonymised after 12 months.
On account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data; request data portability; opt out of certain processing; and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@geniusinterview.com.

Children's privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
