Intellectual Property

The Genius Interview application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Genius Interview and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Our Content: All text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software are our property
• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create (interview recordings, responses) but grant us a license to use it for service improvement
• Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation

User Content

By using our services, you grant Genius Interview a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your interview content for the purposes of:

• Providing the services to you
• Improving our AI algorithms and service quality
• Creating anonymized, aggregated analytics

You represent that you have the right to provide any content you submit and that such content does not violate third-party rights.

Privacy

Disclaimers

Genius Interview is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

We do not guarantee that using our service will result in job offers, interviews, or employment. Our AI feedback is educational and should not be considered professional career advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genius Interview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Interruption of service

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

Indemnification
